Peel and dice the potatoes, cut the plantain into cubes cook the liver and cut them up into tiny cubes. Then you fry them separately. Dice some of the bell peppers and onions set aside

Blend the tomatoes onions and pepper together. add the blended tomato mix into a skillet containing olive oil. Fry till its quite dry. Add the seasoning cubes curry masala and salt but be careful with the salt as the fried potatoes, plantain and liver contain salt

Add in the potatoes, liver and plantain mix them all up add in the diced bell peppers and onions mix them all up turn off the heat serve warm and enjoy.
