Ingredients

  1. 1Cucumber chopped
  2. 1green chill chopped
  3. 2 tbspgrated fresh coconut
  4. 2 tbsptoasted crush peanuts
  5. 1/2lemon juice
  6. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  7. to tastePepper and black salt
  8. ForTempering.
  9. 1 tbspGhee
  10. 6-7Curry teaves
  11. 1-2dry red dry chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the chopped vegetable with fresh coconut, toasted peanut and lemon juice in a bowl.

    Add seasoning as per your taste and mix well.

    For tempering..Heat ghee in a pan.

  4. 4

    Add curry leaf and red dry chilli and saute for a minute then pour this entire tempering into the cucumber mixture, our CUCUMBER -KOSHIMBIR is ready to serve.
