Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlpapaya (deseeded, chilled, peeled, roughly chopoed)
  2. 1 bowlwatermelon (deseeded, chilled, peeled, roughly chopped)
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1/2 bowlyougurt (chilled)
  5. 1/2 bowlmilk (chilled)
  6. 5-6mint leaves
  7. 2 tspwalnuts (crushed for garnishing)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar and add all the ingredients one by one papaya,watermelon

  2. 2

    Now add milk,yogurt,sugar.

  3. 3

    Add mint leaves and blend it into mixer jar and make a fine smooth paste of it.

  4. 4

    Pour it into glass or bowl garnish it some crushed walnuts and mint leaves. Serve it chilled.
