Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlpapaya (deseeded, chilled, peeled, roughly chopoed)
  • 1 bowlwatermelon (deseeded, chilled, peeled, roughly chopped)
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 bowlyougurt (chilled)
  • 1/2 bowlmilk (chilled)
  • 5-6mint leaves
  • 2 tspwalnuts (crushed for garnishing)

Steps

    Take a mixer jar and add all the ingredients one by one papaya,watermelon

    Now add milk,yogurt,sugar.

    Add mint leaves and blend it into mixer jar and make a fine smooth paste of it.

    Pour it into glass or bowl garnish it some crushed walnuts and mint leaves. Serve it chilled.
