In a pan,add your mince meat with all the spices except for the egg,slices of bread and onion and coriander.Mix everything together to combine.

Add your onion and chopped coriander and stir for abiut hakf a minute then remove from the stove.

Put it in medium flame without adding any water and mix everything to cook until it dries out all the water of the mince meat

Let it cool then add the slice of bread.make sure you remove all the water.squeeze it using your hands then add it into the mince meat mixture.combine everything together nicely.

Add in your egg and mix.shape into desired size.I got about 25 small kababs.refrigerate for about 30 minutes then fry them on medium heat until a nice colour forms.remove and drain on paper towels.

Enjoy this yummy snack with a squeeze of lemon or some chutney of your choice.
