Steps

Wash the meat.. add the spices and seasonings, slice onion. Put on heat and cook for 40mins

Add the pastes, the bay leaf, the mint, cinnamon, oil and potatoes, if theres need to add seasoning you add.

Cover for 2 minutes and then remove the cinnamon stick, cover and cook for 15 mins.
