2 cupwheat flour
2 tspghee for moyan
1/2 tspcarrom seeds/ ajwain
1/4 tspsalt according to taste
As neededWater as required

Take a bowl. Add all ingredients mix well.add water make a soft dough.make a ball.roll it..thick roti.

Heat tva. Put roti.few second.turn..make pinch on roti surface as a design as following pic..cook..turn cook.spread ghee..
