Ingredients

  • 1medium size bottle gourd
  • 2onion
  • as neededCoriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and cook until it becomes pink.

  3. 3

    Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Add chopped bottle gourd.cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add required water.put the lid. Wait for 2 -3 whistle.

  6. 6

    Serve with lemon.
