Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1/4 tspcarrom seeds/ ajwain
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl.put all ingredients mix well. Put water.make a soft dough.spread oil.rest few minutes.

    Heat a tva. Make a ball.roll it.. with rolling pin.one side spread water..wet side put on tva.cook.medium flame. and pick tva and uper side cook in direct flame.turn. spread ghee / butter.
