Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash keema nicely and allow all the water to risne off and after that squeeze all the water from the keema by pressing keema with the hands.

Now add all the ingredients except oil and allow the mixture to marinate for 4-5hrs in refrigerator

Next grease ur hands and after that take little amount of mixture in your hands and give the shape of seekh kabab as shown in the picture.. U can use skillet instead of pencil.

Next in a heavy bottomed wolk heat oil for deep frying. Make sure that oil is heated thoroughly.. Put Seekh kabab in oil in some batches. Make sure that kabab are not over loaded in the wolk.. For safety measures Add5-6 kabab only at a time. And fry it on medium flame until kabab is golden colour.

At last u can give smoky flavor to kabab by using charcoal.. I didn't have coal so I hvn't used it. Ready..
