Ingredients

  1. 2carrots
  2. 1red bell pepper
  3. 1yellow bell pepper
  4. 1green bell pepper
  5. 1 tspground cloves
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Add carrots to pan with oil, fry until lightly crispy

  2. 2

    Add onions, fry them until softened

  3. 3

    Add mixed bell pepper

  4. 4

    Add salt, cloves and paprika, stir fry few seconds

  5. 5

    Serve as a side
