  1. 200 gmmawa
  2. 4 tbspDry fruits powder
  3. 1/8 tbspElaichi powder
  4. 2 tbspSugar powder
  5. 2 cupwheat flour
  6. 5 tbspDesi ghee
  7. as neededWater for kneading dough

Cooking Instructions

    Take mawa in a bowl add dryfruits powder sugar powder and elacichi powder in mawa and mix well.

    In a bowl take wheat flour add 2tbsp ghee and by adding little water make a smooth dough

  3. 3

    Now heat tawa and make balls of the dough stuff 2tbsp of mawa mixture and roll it and with the help of rolling pin. Add some ghee on tawa add the parantha and cuk it till it bcm golden in colour garnish it with almonds ur mawa parantha is ready to eat..
