Lavash is an Armenian traditional flat crispy bread . Good with soup/dip, as an appetizer or as a snack. Instead of all purpose flour I used whole wheat flour. The result is just mind blowing .

Lavash is an Armenian traditional flat crispy bread . Good with soup/dip, as an appetizer or as a snack. Instead of all purpose flour I used whole wheat flour. The result is just mind blowing .

In a big bowl, take wheat flour. In this add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and olive oil, and mix everything well. Now add warm water little by little, and start kneading the dough till crumbly. Knead further.
Once the dough comes together and soft enough, then cover it with a samp cloth and let it rest for 25 minutes.

Preheat oven at 180 degree C.
Divide the dough into 2 equal size balls.
Dust one ball with flour and roll it into a circle as thin as possible.sprinkle sesame seeds, onion seeds over this and roll the circle again. - 3
Cut each circle into any shape of your choice.Arrange them on a greased baking tray and bake it for 6-8 mins or until light brown and crisp in a preheated oven.

Hot crispy Lavash is ready to have.. I served this with Tahini dip😋😋soooo yummy 👌as evening snack.
