4 cupsrice (white used for swallow)
I cup of cooked rice
1 tablespoonyeast
1/2 tspbaking powder
Oil for frying
2 tablespoonsugar
Pinchsalt to taste

Soak white rice for 5/6 hours

Wash and rinse

Add d already cooked rice

Add yeast

Add baking powder

Grind to smooth paste not too watery

Cover and allow to rise for an hour

Put Masa pan on fire

Sprinkle oil inside d holes

Scoop Masa paste and put in your Masa pan

When brown,flip d Oda side till golden brown

Eat with soup or yaji
