Ingredients

2 glasses
  • 2bananas
  • Peanuts(handful of The peeled ones)
  • 1Avocado
  • Yoghurt or one glass of milk
  • 1apple

Steps

  1. 1

    Simple.. Blend all the ingredients together and some little water to mix well, may be 1 cup. I used the yoghurt flto make mine.
