Ingredients

  • Bread slices as required cut into triangles
  • Oil for frying in a frying pan(you can also use ghee)
  • 1 literMilk
  • 8 tbspSugar or condensed milk
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp(mixed in 4 tbsp cold milk)
  • Badam sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a frying pan n fry bread slices in medium hot oil till golden brown from both sides n keep aside.

  2. 2

    Boil milk n sugar in another pan, then make the flame to lowest.

  3. 3

    Add in bread slices n dip it in this till softened a little bit.

  4. 4

    Arrange them in a serving dish. The left over milk is made thick by making a custard out of it of medium consistency.

  5. 5

    Pour this custard over bread slices,let it cool outside completely,then chill in fridge for at least 4 to 6 hours.
