  • 1 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 1/2 cupssugar
  • 30 gramschopped chili
  • 1 pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients.

    Add the vinegar, water, sugar, chillies and salt to a sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

    After simmering add the hot sauce to a glass container with a lid and let it coll off completely before serving.
