Steps

Heat oil (a bit excess in order to fry)and add gobhi and fry for a while.

Now add potatoes and grated ginger and garlic.

Now add haldi powder, salt and red chilli powder and stir fry
- 4
Now add lots of chopped coriander and cover and cook unless potato and cauliflower are cooked. Serve with roti or paratha or dal rice
