Charcoal grill flavour EASY Kofta, Kebab, Meatball

After baking the meatballs or kofta fingers, kebabs. Heat up the coal pieces till red enough on the outside, doesn't have to be burning all the way through

Make a bowl or pouch shape out of tin foil place it in the middle of your cooking pan, add the oil, (cooking oil) and place the coal inside it, cover the whole pan immediately

Keep it tightly covered so that the smoke seeps into the meat and gives it a amazing off the grill taste ;) watch out for the smoke, and don't burn your fingers while covering the pan.
