Palak Patra

Wash and clean Palak leaves. Grind chana dal along with chillies and salt.

In the paste of chana dal add red chilli powder, chopped Dhaniya and grated Ginger.

Spread the paste on the leaves of Palak and make a layer of 4 roll it then steam it
- 4
Allow it to cool make it half,then take 3 tablespoons of oil in a kadai add 2 red chillis,Hing and Sesame seeds and Curry Patta then Fry these pieces carefully. Done.
