Mango cake with lemon flavour

Soak saffron in warm milk.

Then powder the sugar and add chopped mango keeping 2 teaspoons aside, with the warm saffron milk and blend together.

Now mix all dry ingredients first then add lemon rind make sure not to add white portion.

Now mix in the wet ingredients With mango mixture to dry and use the cut and fold method to bring all dry ingredients together.

Now add chopped mango sprinkle more saffron.Grease a baking dish and transfer the contents and bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 mins.

Mango cake ready.Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve.
