Mix all garam masala, turmeric,salt, hot and seet sauce in a bowl.

Crack and add the eggs in the bowl and mix all together

Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot add the egg and spices mixture.

Cover to cook 2 -3mins; turn to cook on the other side for a minute.
