Take a mixing bowl add onion,tomato,capsicum and mayonnaise and all spices. Mix well.

Now take a flap and open it. Then apply thin layer of mixture.

Heat a tawa add some butter.

Put flap on the tawa and let it cook till it become golden brown and crisp.

Now butter patiz is ready. Serve with tomato ketchup.
