Melt Jaggery with one glass water...

Wash and peel the bananas into 6 pieces,first cut the center,slice each portion into 3 pieces.

Mix maida,rice flour,cardamom powder,salt,turmeric powder with Jaggery syrup.

Add some more water into it,if needed add the batter not too thick and not too loose.

Check the sugar if needed add some sugar..

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Dip each slice of banana into the batter and fry in the oil.

NB: you can avoid jaggery and add sugar and get the banana fritters more tasty only take riped bananas.
