Ingredients

  • 2 CupsStrawberries
  • 1/2 Cupfresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3-5 tablespoonsMonk Sugar
  • 6 tablespoonsunflavored gelatin

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring it to a boil and crush strawberries with a fork

  2. 2

    Stir at all times

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to medium high

  4. 4

    Stir in gelatine until it is completely dissolved

  5. 5

    Remove from the stove and blend it in a blender.

  6. 6

    Pour into silicon candy moulds or any pan.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 3-5 hours and it’s ready to serve.

  8. 8

    Later you can cut to desired shape.
