Firstly soaked black gram for 4 hours than boiled into cooker with water and salt as per taste cook for 2 to 4 whistle.

Wash and slice bitter gourd thinly round shape sliced.
* Heat oil in a pan. Saute cumin and mustard seeds until they crackle and add green chilies - 3
Add bitter gourd sliced saute for 5to7 minutes until they turn pink
* Now add chopped onions and boiled black gram (not water)Saute for 3to 5 minutes - 4
Add all dry masalas turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Salt Mix every thing well.

Add chopped tomatoes and Cover and cook on a low heat until they cooked.
* Add coriander leaves and stir. - 6
Transfer to a serving bowl.
* Serve bitter gourd and gram with rice or roti.
