Ingredients

  1. 2 cupSweet hung curd
  2. 1/4 cupPowdered sugar or sugar :
  3. 1/4 tspCardamon powder :
  4. 10-15Saffron strands : strands
  5. 10-12 Pista shivered : pista

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly in a small bowl dissolve few saffron strands in water or milk i used milk.Keep it aside for few minutes till it dissolve.

    Till then in a bowl add hung curd beat it properly to get smooth texture then add cardamon powder and few pista.

    After tht add saffron mixture. Mix it completely. And yes it's ready now..

    Just take it out in a bowl decorate with few saffron strands, pista and cardamon powder. And now have this yummy yummy quick dessert.
