Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspButter
  2. 2Bay leaves
  3. 4chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspAll purpose flour
  5. 1 tbspSugar
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 cupFresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add 1tbsp of butter. To it add bay leaves. Sauté for couple of seconds. Then add chopped tomatoes.

    Sauté for couple of minutes and then add 1/2cup water.

    Let it cook till the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

    Let the tomatoes cool down completely.

  5. 5

    Once the tomatoes cool down, take out the bay leaves and grind the tomatoes.

    Strain the tomatoes to get rid of any skin.

    Take a pan and add butter to it, then add all purpose flour. Cook it for a couple of minutes and then add tomato purée to it. Add sugar, salt, black pepper to it. Cook it for 3-5 minutes and then add fresh cream to it.
