Ingredients

  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1/4 tbspnbaking powder
  • 1/4 tbspnbaking soda
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1 spoonsalted butter
  • 1 tbspnkasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    1st take big bowl add all the ingredients..mix together very softly

  2. 2

    Keep it rest for 2 hrs in warm place

  3. 3

    Knead a dough for 1 min and make a balls..flat roll it...steamed it for 15 min

  4. 4

    Hot the tawa melt the butter sprinkle kasuri methi put the kulcha..toast it both side and serve it
