  • 200 mloil
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar

    Marinade your beef in soy sauce,vinegar,paprika,salt and pepper..

    Put the marinated meat in the oven

  3. 3

    Cook your spinach

  4. 4

    Boil water..add tumeric and cook your rice

  5. 5

    Make your gravy using trimmings
