  1. 1carrot chopped
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1boil potato mashed
  4. 1chopped cucumber
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 50 gmchopped coriander leaves
  7. 200 gmhung curd
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 2 tspsalt
  10. 2 tsptomato sauce
  11. 2 tspMayonese
  12. 4big size bread pieced
  13. 2 tbsbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all veggies and spices and sauce

    Take bread and apply filling and put another bread over it

  3. 3

    Heat pan add butter keep sandwich and make it crisp from both the sides

  4. 4

    After it cut it in between and serve hot and enjoy
