1 bunchspinach
Onion
Tomato
1 tbspcoconut cream

Steps

In a sauce pan,saute your onions till translucent, add your tomatoes...let them cook for a few minutes

Add your spinach.. Let it cook uncovered

In the last few minutes, add your coconut cream.......cover and let it cook for a minute or 2
4

Serve with avocado sprinkled with chilli flakes
