Heat ghee in a pan, add Avocado paste, sugar and cook on medium flame.

Cook until all the water evaporates and the ghee starts getting out of the mixture.

Now add mashed paneer(cottage cheese), milk powder, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and mix it well.

Cook on medium flame until the mixture is completely dry.

Put some ghee on a plate.

Put mixture of burfi on it and let it set for 1 hours.

Cut in small pieces and serve.
