  • Potatoes 1/ 2 kg (washed) boiled
  • 1 pinchRed chilli flakes
  • 1/3 tea spoonSalt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • Chat masala as required
  • Oil for frying

    Wash &boil potatoes for 3 min than dry and sprinkle red chilli flakes,salt,black pepper and deep fry it untill golden.Dish them out &sprinkle vhat masala Serve with ketchup &enjoy
