Wash your fish with vinegar and drain in a strainer

Marinate the fish with curry powder, Garlic, ginger powder and pinch of salt. Leave for 5 minutes.

Put minimum amount of oil in a pan and leave it on low heat. Fry the fish until golden and crispy. Allow to cool

Put little oil in the pan and pour your grated scotch bonnet,chopped onion and garlic, stir fry for 3-4 minutes, then put your fish inside and allow for 1 minute on low heat. Your Pepper fish is ready
