Ingredients

awara
parsaley handful chopped
1 tspgarlic ginger paste
2scotch bonne
2tattashe
1tomato
1 tbspsoy sauce
salt and seasoning
chicken stock
1 tspblack pepper
1/2 tsptumeric

Steps

Slice onions and fry in little oil, then add garlic ginger paste and pinch of tumeric. after 5 minutes add tomatoes and peppers, then cubed tofu and stir fry. add seasoning and spice then chicken stock.

Add in parsley and let it simmer for 5 minutes under low heat

Serve with rice
