Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupSuji /Semolina
  2. 1 cupMango pulp
  3. 1/2 cupbutter (melted)
  4. 1/2 cupIcing sugar
  5. 1 tspBaking powder
  6. 3-4Cardamon
  7. 1 tbspchopped walnuts (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Farenheit.

  2. 2

    Mix the suji,with sugar,nuts & baking powder.

  3. 3

    Take out the Cardamon seeds & crush them,add them to the suji.

  4. 4

    Add the melted butter & mix well.

  5. 5

    Take a large mango, peel & cut in cubes,mash with a fork.

  6. 6

    Add the mango pulp to the suji mixture, mix well,let sit for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. After that check with a bamboo skewer to see if the cake is properly baked.
