Steps

Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut 1 potato in to 4 pieces.

Mix all the dry spices given above and keep it aside.

Deep fry potatoes toes upto 80%.

Slightly press it using the surface of the bowl.

Again deep fry the potatoes until crisp and golden brown.

Now roll the potatoes into dry mixture and coat it well with dry spices.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan and roast the potatoes for 1 minute, so that spices does not taste uncooked.

Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
