  • Palm oil
  • Seasoning
  • Ground crayfish
  • Ground pepper
  • Okpei
  • Deboned dry fish
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Wash cocoyam well,boil with back,half done,drain in a sieve,set aside to cool.

  2. 2

    When cool,Peel the back, put in a pot,add water to cover the surface,add all ingredients except salt...return to heat, when it boils stir,taste to adjust with salt,,, cover for 3mins,turn off heat,ready to serve and eat...
