Steps

Heat up a pan with oil add onion, fry till soft. Now add the mince and cook till the colour changes.

After that add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste give a good mix. Now add all the masala and mix it. Add chopped tomato, mix it.

Now add 1 cup of water And cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on low to medium flame.

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it nicely and cook for few minutes on medium flame to dry up any excess water.

At last add chopped coriander leaves mix it and turn off the flame.

Serve hot with roti or chawal.
