Steps

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan. Reduce the flame and allow to simmer add cream and milk powder.Stir continuously.

Continue to do this till the milk is reduced to less than half of the quantity. Add sugar,
add all dryfruits and stir until the sugar dissolves.
cool the mixture and transfer to in small matkas or cups.
cover the matka with cling wrap or aluminium foil and refrigerate for 6 hours. Serve chilled.
