In a bowl mix eggs,salt and black pepper..Then steam this mixture for 20 minutes..

After steaming,take out the egg mixture,and cut it into finger shape..

Then take a small bowl,mix two eggs, one teaspoon black pepper,salt and cornflour and make a nice mixture..

Then take a steamed egg strip,coat it with egg mixture,after that,coat it with bread crumbs..Coat all the egg strips in this way..

Then heat a non stick pan,add oil..Deep fry egg fingers in medium high heat until golden brown and crisp..Take them out and drain them on absorbent paper or kitchen towel..

Deep fried egg fingers are ready to served..
