Pan Modak with Gulkand stuffing

Take a bowl add dedicated coconut, add chopped betel leaf, green food colour, condensed milk, rose essence, mix well, make small balls of it.

Take gulkand in a bowl add chopped almonds, coconut powder, cashew mix well, make small balls of it.

Take modak mould, open it, grease it with ghee.

Take lemon size ball of green mix and fill in the modak mould.

Spread green mix inside and make a hole to place gulkand ball.

Place gulkand ball inside mould and close it with green mix

Open the mould gently and de mould it.

Pan modak is ready to serve. You can store it in freeze, in airtight container for 5 to 6 days.
