Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsooji/ semolina
  2. 100 gmlauki / bottle gourd
  3. to tasteSalt as per taste
  4. 1 cupcurd
  5. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take sooji,lauki and curd crush it in mixture.then add some salt in it.

  2. 2

    Now you have to shallow fry it.

  3. 3

    Now tikki is ready you can have it with tomato sauce and green chutney.
