2 cupPoha (White / Red Flakes)
1/2 cupGrated Jaggery
1/2 cupGrated Coconut

Take a mixing bowl. Into a mixing bowl add in rice flakes, grated coconut, grated jaggery.

Mix well until the rice flakes are soft and wet.

Keep the combined rice flakes aside for 5 minutes before serving.

Simply serve the rice flakes with a cup of tea or can serve with sliced banana.
