Ingredients

  • 2 cupsPlain curd
  • 3-4 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 tspCardamon powder
  • 3 tbspChopped dry fruits
  • 4-5Saffron strands (optional)
  • 7-8Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cupWater or milk

Steps

  1. 1

    To make this dry fruits lassi in a blender or mixer add yoghurt, sugar, milk or water i used milk, ice cubes and cardamon powder blend it properly.

  2. 2

    Now take it out in a glass topped it with dry fruits and saffron strands.

  3. 3

    Note: Don't use sour curd it will not give that good taste.
