Ingredients

  1. 4potato cut into cubes
  2. 2onion thin sliced
  3. To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  4. 1 tspdry mango powder
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. As neededoil

    Heat oil in a pan, add potato, cooked on medium flame, when it half cooked add onion and all ali es, mix well.

    Cooked till potato soft.

    Fried potato is ready to serve.
