Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2deep fried fish
  • 1finely chopped spring onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • Black pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sufuria, add the onions and the cooking oil and let it cook till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and let them cook for 3 mins

  3. 3

    Add the black pepper, salt and soy sauce and stir

  4. 4

    Add the fish and let it cook for 4-5 mins

  5. 5

    Can be served with ugali
