20 minutes

4 persons

500 gramsgram flour
1/2 tspturmeric powder(optional)
Pinchasafoetida
To tasteSalt
As requiredOil for frying

Prepare medium hard dough. Grease extruder & fill with prepared dough.

Now in pre heated oil, press sev from extruder & deep fry from both sides on medium high flame.

Once it cools down, store it in air tight jar.
