Ingredients

  1. 1 packbaby tomatoes (I use rainbow tomatoes 🍅)
  2. 1-2small shallots
  3. 1small block of feta cheese
  4. 1 handfulThai basil
  5. For salad dressing
  6. 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  7. 2 tbsphoney
  8. 1 tbspolive oil
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1 pinchground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the salad dressing together

  2. 2

    Chopped baby tomatoes in half

  3. 3

    Thinly slice shallots and cut feta cheese in small cubes

  4. 4

    Mix salad dressing into the tomato salad. Add some thai basil leaves on top 🌿

  5. 5

    I love to serve it chill. So I normally put it in the fridge for half an hour before serving. It is so delicious and refreshing especially on a hot summer day.
