Ingredients

  1. 1small bowl leftover rice
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tbspMilk made
  4. 2 tspsugar
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp chooped almonds

    Take the leftover rice in a mixie jar. Blend blend it nicely to a nicely to a coarse paste.

    Now add rice paste in a kadai. Boil milk well it gets reduced. Now add cardamom powder, almonds, chinamon powder and sugar add 1 tbsp condensed milk and mix well.

    Mix well till the phirini reaches thick and creamy consistency.

    Now is ready. Serve cold pour the firni serving bowls. Refrigerator them and serve firni, when it cools down.
